5. Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The maximum daily withdrawal limit depends on your VIP tier and ranges up to ৳100,000 at Bronze level. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes once approved.
KYC Verification
Before your first withdrawal is released, wg8 requires identity verification (KYC). Accepted documents are:

KYC review is completed within 2 hours in most cases. First-time withdrawals may take up to 6 hours to process after verification is complete.
6. Bonus Rules
Bonuses offered by wg8 — including the welcome bonus, reload bonuses, cashback, and referral rewards — are subject to specific wagering requirements. The general conditions are:
- Welcome bonus: 200% on your first deposit, up to ৳15,000.
- Wagering requirement: 10× the bonus amount before withdrawal.

- Daily cashback: 0.8% on net losses (Bronze tier).

- Bonus validity: 7 days from the date of issue.
Only one bonus may be active at a time. Bonuses cannot be combined unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. wg8 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus if abuse or misuse is detected, including coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit wagering requirements.
7. Gameplay Rules
wg8 hosts games from providers including CQ9, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, JDB, and Evolution. Each game is governed by its own RTP (Return to Player) and rules, displayed within the game interface.
All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs). wg8 does not manipulate game results. If a technical fault interrupts a game round, the round will be voided and your stake will be returned.
Bets placed in error — for example, on the wrong market or at an incorrect stake — cannot be reversed once the round or event has started.
8. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly forbidden on wg8:
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.

- Attempting to exploit software bugs or errors for financial gain.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities.
9. Account Suspension & Closure
wg8 may suspend or close an account at its discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, repeated rule violations, or failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time. If your account is closed for rule violations, any remaining bonus balance will be forfeited. Real-money balances that have met wagering requirements will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
